User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Objective

In compliance with the Meta (Facebook) developer requirements, Trogis provides this Data Deletion Instructions page. If you have connected your Meta WhatsApp Business Accounts to Trogis and wish to delete your active data syncs or purge all user records, you can do so easily by following the steps below.

2. Automated In-App Purging (Highly Recommended)

The fastest way to delete all synchronized databases (messages, WhatsApp contact information, templates metadata, pipeline deal records, and active webhook logs) is directly through your dashboard panel:

  1. Sign in to your active workspace at app.trogis.com.
  2. Go to the Settings panel from the left sidebar and select the WhatsApp Config tab.
  3. Click the Disconnect button. This instantly, securely deletes your stored, encrypted Meta API access tokens, WABA credentials, and deregisters your active webhooks from our service-layer servers.
  4. To completely purge your profile: Go to the Profile or Organization tab, scroll to the Danger Zone, and click Delete Workspace / Account. This triggers an automated database cascade that completely wipes out all user-identifiable data, logs, and database rows in under 10 seconds.

3. Manual Deletion Request

If you are unable to access your dashboard or prefer our support team to carry out the deletion manually:

  • Send a formal email request to: privacy@trogis.com.
  • Use the subject line: Request WhatsApp CRM Data Deletion.
  • Include your registered account email, your company name, and optionally your WABA ID or WhatsApp Business phone number for identification purposes.
  • Once verified, our privacy team will manually purge all records from our primary database and cache-layers. We will send you a formal confirmation email within 48 hours.

4. What Data is Deleted?

Upon initiating either automated or manual deletion, we permanently purge:

  • Your encrypted API access keys, Meta webhook signing secrets, and connection statuses.
  • All synchronized contacts, lead profiles, and pipeline stages records.
  • All archived incoming and outgoing WhatsApp message logs, attachment metadata, and delivery states.
  • Your registered account profiles, user passwords, avatar records, and session history.
