1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Trogis ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Scope of Service
Trogis provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform facilitating customer relationship management (CRM) via WhatsApp® Business integration. Features include a shared agent inbox, Kanban sales pipelines, broadcast utilities, and visual automation flows.
3. WhatsApp API Integration & Use Policies
To leverage the Service, you must connect an authorized WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).
- You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid Meta developer credentials, official templates approval, and Meta Business verification.
- You must comply with all Meta Developer Policies and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, including rules against sending unsolicited promotional spam, phishing, or restricted content.
- Any block, suspension, or termination of your Meta developer credentials or WABA by Meta Platforms, Inc. is outside of our control and shall not constitute a breach of our Service levels.
4. User Accounts and Security
You must register an account to access the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We store your credentials and encrypt your API keys using AES-256-GCM. You must immediately notify us of any suspected security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, UI designs, codebases, graphics, databases, and visual elements on our platform are the exclusive property of Trogis or its licensors. WhatsApp® is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., and our platform is an independent integration tool utilizing the official public APIs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, messages, contacts, or database records resulting from API changes by Meta Platforms, Inc. or service interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke API configurations immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or violate Meta/WhatsApp Business policies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of your residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
