  • System logs: IP address, device specifications, browser type, and interaction metrics on our site to support monitoring and system health.

  • To initialize, configure, and maintain your active CRM dashboard and workspace.

All WhatsApp API Access Tokens and webhook secrets are strongly encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption prior to storage.

Your connection to the WhatsApp Business API is subject to Meta's developer terms. We strictly process WhatsApp messaging data in accordance with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the Meta Developer Policies.
